How to register
- Log in to the NZAO website. You must have an active website login to register for conference events, even if you are not a member. If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset option before beginning your registration.
- Complete the online registration form via the "Register" button (top right).
- Select your registration category.
- Advise any dietary, accessibility or special requirements.
- Submit payment via the available payment options.
- Receive your registration confirmation email.
Registration information
Group registrations
Registering multiple delegates from the same organisation? You can complete registrations for your team in a single transaction. Each delegate's details must be included so we can collect attendance details for CPD purposes. We will contact each attendee to confirm dietary requirements.
Payment options
During registration, you can choose whether the invoice is issued to you personally or to your employer under the group booking option. Please ensure the billing details entered are correct.
Conference dinner guest tickets
Additional guest tickets for the Annual Gala Dinner may be purchased as a separate registration. If you are bringing a partner, family member or colleague who is not attending the conference, please register them as an additional dinner guest so we can capture their name and dietary requirements.
Guest dinner tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased in advance.
Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We recommend booking early as Wellington can be busy during the conference period.

Finding your conference registration
Looking for your registration after you've completed it? Your conference registration will appear under Invoices in your member profile, not under Events. Once you've registered, log in to your member profile and select Invoices to view your registration details, payment status and invoice.

Conference registrations are displayed under Invoices in your member profile, not under Events.
